I came to Texas Nissan about 8:00 am with the rear bumper hanging by the shoe laces I used to tie it up so it wouldn’t drag. The gift of someone who didn’t bother to leave a note. I was met by Robert Sweeney who listened while I explained my problem. Robert guided me to the lounge while he took my car to have a technician diagnose what the full extent of the work that would be required. Rob returned shortly telling me that a closer inspection was needed and that he would know more in a few hours. I was concerned that a whole new bumper may be needed and what the cost would be. He promised to call by 1:00 that afternoon with the information and arranged a ride home for me. Rob called around 11:30 and told me the bumper could be reinstalled with just a few new clips. I opened the email and ok’d the work and cost estimate. An hour later the tech had completed the work and Rob had arranged a return ride for me. When I arrived, Rob explained the work and parts that were used and gave me the final costs. I could not have been happier! My car looked like new, the cost was way less than I feared. Rob was a joy to work with and kept me informed every step of the way. I’d also like to compliment the tech who did the work but I don’t know his name. He obviously knew my car and how to correctly fix it. Thank you Texas Nissan, I will be returning!

I was well taken care of as soon as I drove up to get my oil changed. I had a coupon and he was happy to accept it towards my oil change which made me very happy. He kept me informed about what was going on with my car and I didn’t have to wait very long. I appreciate the service I receive from Texas Nissan. Great customer service. Thank you.

Based on my experience, this service center engages in excessive and questionable charges. Warranty coverage is consistently denied, making the extended service plans not worth the cost. Recently, my daughter's engine was overheating. I observed that a hose appeared to be disconnected, but I was not comfortable attempting to inspect or repair anything underneath the vehicle myself. The service center required a full day and charged a $100 diagnostic fee, only to provide an estimate of nearly $1,000 to replace a hose clamp they claimed was missing. They also provided a picture of the hose disconnected, but from a top view, not where it actually connects to the coolant tank. They also stated I needed a coolant flush which i would have agreed to for 199 which was a separate charge, not included in the picture below. This situation raised serious concerns because in October I had already paid over $2,100 at this same location for a turbo hose replacement. I decided to seek a second opinion. I paid to have the vehicle towed to another repair shop, where I was informed that the clamp was still in place. No replacement was needed—they simply reconnected it. As a result, what was quoted as a nearly $1,000 repair turned into a $70 towing fee and no charge for the actual fix. This experience was unacceptable and deeply concerning. I strongly advise others not to trust this service center. *edited as I failed to provide the photo which clearly stated the hose clamp was missing. Additionally, I would call the owner, since he/she responded, if you can please provide a name.

I always work with Jordan when I come in for service on my Pathfinder. He’s always great, very accommodating and so friendly. Although I don’t come in often, he always remembers me. When I brought my car in yesterday, Jordan kept me updated on what was happening. I really appreciated that. Great communication skills.
