I rely on my Sprinter for my daily business operations, and this extended delay has had a significant negative impact on my ability to serve my customers effectively. Moreover, the lack of communication from the dealership has been equally frustrating. I have made numerous attempts to reach out to their team, but have received no updates or information regarding the status of my vehicle. It is disheartening to see such a lack of transparency and accountability from a dealership that claims to prioritize customer service. I expected better from Mercedes grapevine, especially considering their reputation and the fact that I entrusted them with the care of my vehicle. However, their actions have left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of as a customer. I urge anyone considering using Mercedes grapevine for their automotive needs to think twice before doing so. The lack of professionalism, refusal to honor warranty agreements, and the extended delay in addressing factory defects are all indicative of a company that fails to prioritize its customers' satisfaction and well-being.
