Sewell Collision Center of Grapevine

I cannot recommend Sewell Collision enough. My wife’s BMW i4 was recently rear-ended, and as anyone with an EV knows, finding a shop that handles them with care is a priority. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. A huge thank you to Gabe, who was our main point of contact. He kept us updated throughout the entire repair process, handled the insurance hurdles, and made sure the car was restored to its factory standard. The paint match and sensor recalibration were perfect. Sewell’s reputation for service is well-deserved!

Did a phenomenal job with the repair, my agent was super nice and professional and the repair was done in a timely manner however, I found a pair of used retainers (green case) in the center console space which I usually keep closed. This is disgusting. Whoever test drove the car left their retainers in my car!

We purchased our vehicle at Sewell BMW almost 3 years ago and had the best car buying experience ever. We have bragged to everyone and told them to go to Sewell. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the collision center. I had a car accident at the beginning of June and started the process of finding the best collision center to fix our BMW X5. I found that Sewell had a collision center and unfortunately was quoted the longest time frame for repairs by them, but was willing to wait the 8 to 10 weeks to ensure that my X5 was done right, and was assured by them they would have my car back to me in the same condition I purchased it in. After several weeks of calling to get updates and getting told several times the car was in the same stage or they were waiting on parts, I finally get my X5 back after almost 12 weeks, and it is definitely not in the same condition I purchased the vehicle in. First of all, I walk around vehicle and see that they marked on the grill with what looks to be a marker that stained into the paint so you can see it even after several attempts to clean it. The hood of vehicle was not closed all the way so if I had taken on highway with the winds we were having on the day they delivered me my vehicle to me, definitely would have flown up on me. The hood where they painted has weird lines that you can see even from a distance of looking at vehicle. I get into the vehicle and go to shut drivers door and the paneling moves. I start to drive the vehicle and realize the steering wheel has been put on crooked so you have to dive with it 5 to 6 degrees clockwise from the center. I get an alert right away from vehicle saying tire pressure is low, and a second alert telling me some of my driving assistance has been temporarily disabled. This was a complete disaster and will definitely not be recommending to use Sewell Collision Center. My husband and I can’t believe that the 5 star experience we got with purchasing the vehicle at Sewell can be so different from the less than 1 star experience we have received at the collision center.

A distracted driver rear-ended my 1-year old 5 Series, which is always stressful. As a long-time Sewell customer, I took my vehicle to BMW Grapevine for the repair. Parker was my estimator who worked with State Farm on the repairs. When a few hiccups on the repair and parts surfaced, Dylan took the time to let me explain my concerns, and he not only addressed each concern I outlined, he provided updates and assurance they also wanted the outcome perfect for me. I was really impressed with Dylan's commitment to Sewell's customer standard and working to get my car done the right way. While it has been a lengthy and stressful process, so far, I'm extremely happy with the outcome of my repair and appreciate the help.

I had an unfortunate swipe with my garage on my right front bumper this morning . Upset is an understatement. The kind gentleman at the BMW Service told me everything was gonna be alright, because the Sewell Collision Center will fix everything! That is where I met Nolan Willmon. I was frantic, he was patient and knowledgeable. He fixed up my scratches on the spot less than 5 minutes, all appeared to be minor cosmetic blemishes. Thanks Sewell Grapevine BMW Team!!!
