Exceptional experience, as always. Lexus customer service is outstanding. The process of dropping off my car, getting a fancy loaner, and leaving the lot took less than 15 minutes. Juliano, the gentleman who helped me at drop off and pickup, was incredibly courteous, friendly and accommodating. I left my car Tuesday, and told him we were leaving Thursday morning for an out-of-town trip. He assured me my car would be ready by the end of day Wednesday. It was ready before 1:00 p.m., sparkling clean, and another seamless transition getting me back out the door. I will never own any other car except a Lexus, and will only purchase from Park Place.

I had a great experience with the Lexus service department. Everyone I interacted with was professional, courteous, and helpful from start to finish. The entire service process was smooth, and I appreciated how well I was treated throughout the visit.I also really liked the new technology features they added. Having the mechanic send a visual update of my vehicle and explain the areas that needed attention or recommended repairs made the process feel much more transparent and easy to understand.The new loaner car was also a very nice touch, it was clean, comfortable, and honestly very enticing!
