Best and easiest car service I’ve ever had. Super friendly tech jiovanny. Professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Gave me a recommendation for both pads and rotors but also gave me the option of just pads if I wanted to go that route which I really appreciated. I did end up doing both so I wouldn’t have to worry about the rotors later on! I highly recommend, and they were the cheapest of the shops I researched!
View on GoogleWe had to reschedule due to customer in front of us whose car was taking longer than expected to fix they quickly rescheduled us no hassle! When we got to our scheduled time he was a little out of the time frame due to another car in front of us. But we kept our appointment this time. Our mechanic fixed all brakes and all rotors under an hour and a half. Test drove it and it’s as smooth as butter now! Will of course recommend to anyone I can!

After the technician completed his inspection, he told me that I had 75% of wear left on the brake pads and rotors. I was extremely pleased that he gave an honest appraisal and did not simply replace the brakes unnecessarily. I paid only $75 for the service call. I would not hesitate to call NuBrakes in the future.
