Integrity 1st Car Pros

I had to do a battery change that required a computer restart. Autozone referred me to Integrity 1st Car Pro in Grapevine. Ashley the manager, took me in right away! The inside waiting room was very clean and welcoming, I felt comfortable with my daughter to wait and watch tv with all free amenities of beverages and snacks. The battery charge was super quick. They honored my battery warranty with autozone and arranged autozone to pickup and drop off the battery so I do not have to go back. Ashley is wonderful to work with and I will definitely be using them again for future services! I would recommend everyone to use them!

This place will overcharge you. I suggest you get a second opinion before spending your hard earned money here. I had a horrible experience with this place. I am an investor and business owner. The fact that this place name says Integrity is really something because I observed the total opposite with Integrity here. I will never bring another vehicle here again. I initially had them work on a work van for our company. The price was a bit high but I agreed. We also own a car lot and was prepared to bring several vehicles in for repairs. They had already quoted us roughly $2k for initial repairs on another vehicle. I asked the gentleman to also quote me for the AC compressor they also told me was leaking. He came back with a quote for an entire new AC system for the vehicle. Costing an additional $1,500-$2k. He also lied and told me that they could not only change the compressor but they also had to change the condenser. And charge extra to evacuate the system, do a system flush, and expansion valve replacement. The compressor part must have been the most expensive one on the market. They also told me if I just replaced the compressor they could not warranty the work. The compressor replacement alone was $1,200. Little did they know was I am a AC Contractor myself for 18 years now and they just lied to try and overcharge and sell me an entire new car AC system. I explained if any of my employees ever did this to any of our customers they would no longer work for us. After I told them I was an AC Contractor they came back and said they would warranty just the compressor work for 1 year and they could also find a cheaper compressor. No way!! This place is far from Integrity. Why not say all of this initially and not after the fact? I had already spent a coupe thousand with these guys. I was very disappointed because we just moved in the area and I was looking for a reliable shop we could trust. I went to a another local shop to get a second opinion. They replaced the compressor only and did other repairs for a much better price with full warranty.

First time at integrity 1st. Bryan was my service advisor and I thought they did a great job. I had an appointment, so they were able to give me in and out in a day. I have a Mercedes sprinter van and the process was easy & convenient. They were able to look up the service record on my van and check fluids and recommend what did and didn’t need to be done.

12:47pm: I got a phone call from Ashley, the manager at the Grapevine location. Unfortunately, I missed it, so I called back. I spoke to Lance. When a company calls back to rectify a situation, it speaks VERY HIGHLY of their standards. Lance apologized for what happened, expressed that those two girls were talked to (which is all I would have asked for), and assured that this is not how Integrity 1st does business. After this call, I believe him. It takes humility and courage to make things right. And they did. A part of participating in commerce is being able to amicably resolve conflicts when they arise. Integrity 1st did that. And that makes me confident that, in the future, they will continue to lead with Integrity 1st. ;) This is why I am changing my rating from 2 to 5 stars. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Went in at 8:47am to get an inspection. Waited in the lobby until 8:55 for someone to come in and help me. Told them I needed an inspection, gave my keys and waited. It was only an inspection. Should take 15, 20 minutes tops, right?? At 9:45 am I went up to the desk to check how much longer. The two girls there were LESS than helpful. She said “I’m sorry, I really don’t know. You’ll have to wait until the other two people that were here when you came come back inside.” Ok? At 9:51 I went outside to cool off because I was livid. This should not take this long. I come back inside and I ask if one of those two people could be brought inside so that I could ask how much longer it was gonna be. It was only a state inspection that same girl went to go get a lady from the shop and when they both came back inside, that lady said to the girl “you mean the paperwork that’s right behind you?” I’m pretty sure she could see how furious I was because these girls sat there for 30 minutes making paper fortune toys, rather than doing their job. I’m sure everyone in the garage is super nice. The gentleman that helped me in the beginning was awesome. But the experience was ruined by having time wasted because the two girls were too busy playing rather than making sure that customers are not just sitting there wasting their time. The first picture is the time that the inspection got done, the second picture is the time I got into my car to leave. The third picture is a reminisce of the 90s fortune telling game that these girls were making.

So this was my first visit. They did an alignment on my vehicle. They were actually very nice. But what I liked most of all. Is they showed me what was going on with my vehicle, how off the tires were. Plus how to fix it. Not making me feel any different if I didn't understand something. Instead found a different approach, so I would understand better. The two people I met up front Brian and Ashley were fabulous. What really sold me, was i didn't feel like they were trying to take my money or up charge in anyway. I felt they cared about my car and the concerns and not rob me blind. I say that because i have experienced this a lot in the past.They gave me some quotes on a couple things that needs to be addressed and I felt like they were fair. So I am gonna try again and see how it plays out. Thanks guys so much Autumn
