Customer service at this dealership was really poor today. I had to wait 10 minutes before even being acknowledged, although the lady after me was acknowledged and assisted immediately. I had a scheduled appointment, and was told two hours wait. After asking several questions regarding my appointment and wait time, Jade was irritated that I had questions and had a very nasty attitude. I requested to speak with a manager. Seth assisted and was professional, but I will no longer visit the dealership for my repairs as I feel that it was racial discrimination from Jade. I have been a customer since 2018.

After taking my car to another service place and they failed to find what was going on… Grubbs was quick to diagnose and fix the issue. Cesar was the service contact I had and he updated me by text and phone calls and kept me in the loop the whole process. Everyone was so nice and professional I will definitely be using them in the future.
