Grubbs Acura Service

I have not had any issues with the service here. Granted, I do have their service package for oil changes and such but the service reps have always been courteous and straightforward as far as timing and options of what I can/should do. They may offer additional services that are not crucial to do immediately but I haven't felt unnecessary pressure from any hard upsells. The waiting area is stocked with snacks, coffee, and sodas to refresh yourself while you wait. It also has 2 TVs, a variety of seating options, and adequate WiFi to connect and get some work done if you opt to wait there. The drop off bay is spacious and clean. They have always kept me posted when I have waited for my car and had a loaner when I needed to leave my car with them once for tire & rim repair. They also have a shuttle service to drop you off and pick you up from a location of your choice within a reasonable distance and that came in very handy today as I chose to work from my office for a few hours rather than waiting at the dealership. Overall, I have been pleased with their Service Department specifically (this review does not reflect my opinion of their Sales Dept).

Carl Dehls was amazing! He was honest, helpful, and never pressured me into anything I didn’t need. I came in for vehicle servicing, and the whole process went smoothly. The customer service Carl provided made me feel right at home. Definitely a 5 star experience!

If you have a bad experience, contact the OEM Acura directly from the Acura OEM website. Jasmin was my service advisor. I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup at 10 am on Friday and the loaner agreement is a strict 24 hours, no exceptions. This would mean I would have to pickup my vehicle at 10 am on Saturday - keep in mind it's the weekend (clients have pre-planned events). Unfortunately, the Service Director named Jessie Parker could not extend the 24 hour loaner later than close time on Saturday. I said I could drop off the loaner first thing Monday morning. I find this odd because the last time I was here working with Nathan, Nathan helped extend the loaner time due to pre-planned scheduling conflicts without charging me the $100/day extended loaner fee. I moved multiple events in my schedule to make the deadline for pickup so I wasn't charged the $100/day extended loaner fee. I picked up my vehicle and exchanged all items from loaner to my vehicle - toddler carseat, stroller, backpack, plus more. I drove off with my vehicle and got on the service road and my vehicle is shaking and engine seems to be jumping which isn't normal and not how I dropped off my vehicle. Service Manager Karl on duty drove my car and said the tires need to be balanced. I got tires balanced at Discount Tire.

This is the worst dealership and completely unprofessional, ignorant and irresponsible technicians at Service who damaged my newly purchased car with additional dents, didn't even complete simple fueling service, sent me fake estimates on the recent car for alignment/fuel/brake servoce. Omar the manager here is the worst at customer skills and even basic understanding or taking responsibility for unskilled technicians damaging cars. Grubbs Acura has the fraud sellers who got me to buy luxury package for additional money and now when the dents/scratches done by their service technicians need to be fixed, Service team (Omar) is askingme to pay for labor. This is for a not even a 2 weeks old precision certified car sold with all the fake promises. No one should ever buy from this dealership nor get services from Omar and his unskilled teams to damage the cars

Disappointed. Third time was not the charm. Subpar service again. I messaged to confirm a car was available. After confirming the car was still available I confirmed I would be on location in 30 minutes. I get there and have to spend 15 minutes waiting for the sales person I was messaging. Then I spend another 15+ waiting for a key to find out the car is out on loan.
