View on GoogleI scheduled a service appointment yesterday for 9:00 a.m. this morning. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was informed that my appointment was not in their system. Fortunately, I was able to provide my confirmation email as proof of the appointment, and my vehicle was then accepted for service. After waiting for approximately an hour, I inquired about the status of my vehicle but did not receive an update. About ten minutes later, I checked the vehicle’s location and noticed that it had not moved since I arrived. At that point, I requested that my vehicle be returned to me and decided to have the oil change completed elsewhere. I am very disappointed with this experience. The lack of communication and the apparent delay in beginning the service did not meet my expectations. As a result, I am uncertain whether I will return to this dealership for future service needs.

Although the initial two-day estimate was extended after their thorough diagnosis revealed additional issues, the team handled everything perfectly. The service manager Sajmira Perona was incredibly helpful, providing me with a loaner vehicle so my schedule wasn't disrupted. I received constant updates regarding the status of my car, and they ended up completing more work than I even expected, ensuring the vehicle was in top shape. I am truly glad I chose this location; the level of care was above and beyond. I highly recommend Grapevine Lincoln to everyone!
