Alanzo was an awesome sales guy! Same with Devon over in finance. We came with a pre approval from the bank. No one tried to haggle us for in house financing, and we probably spent a total of 2 hours at the dealership. They couldn’t have made the process any easier. Will definitely be purchasing our next vehicle with grapevine Honda!

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed the ping-pong table, and the sales staff warmly embraced our game with positive compliments, showcasing a vibrant, family-friendly culture. While exploring new models, sales representative Alonzo Diaz provided casual, highly knowledgeable, and low-pressure insights. The highlight was the dealership's absolute commitment to transparency. Technician Walter sent a comprehensive inspection video of my van, documenting the tire rotation and proving the absence of any shock, oil, or transmission leaks. This brilliant use of technology entirely eliminates ambiguity and fosters total trust. Kudos to the team for achieving 100% customer satisfaction!

Kyle is very attentive and professional customer service gentleman. I have any issues without appt. I stop by and if he's available he takes care of us and if he isn't other team members take care of us.

While speaking with my service advisor, Lee, about a previous recommendation to flush my brake fluid, I asked if they might still be able to accommodate it even though they were only an hour away from closing. Lee truly went above and beyond. Not only was he able to get both my oil change and brake fluid flush completed, but he also helped save me money by applying available coupon discounts. What really stood out to me was that he remembered me from a previous visit and was genuinely eager to take care of me as a customer. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days, and I’m extremely thankful and appreciative of Lee and the entire team at Grapevine Honda. Thank you again for the excellent service, I’ll definitely keep coming back (as usual)!
View on GoogleThey do a decent good job and are very through. You can get yourself some drip coffee, tea, hot chocolate, flavored water, or a cold water bottle while you're waiting. They do have snacks available for purchase. Love how the waiting area now has a children's area for young kids. Coloring pages, crayons, books, play kitchen with fake good, car rug, and pretty of other toys. Honestly my favorite Honda dealership!
