I recently purchased an F-350 Platinum Super Duty from Grapevine Ford, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Michael Soldner, my salesperson, was outstanding from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right truck without any pressure. He answered all of my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I also want to recognize Thanh Nguyen, the Finance Manager, who was extremely helpful in working the deal. Thanh took the time to explain everything clearly, worked hard to find the best options available, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the financing process. Customer service was fine. I waited almost 2 hrs for 1 oil change with it being a scheduled appt at 8am. The cost was $60 more for an oil change than anywhere else I've gone. It was supposed to be a packaged deal with the tire rotation come to find its not really included, rather charged at simply a different rate. So I elected to drop the rotation in an effort to reduce the cost. I did however upgrade to full synthetic but honestly still ended being basically a wash with the rates. Again I go anywhere and pay under $100 and will go down the street to Discount Tires for my free rotation. Service again was friendly and a very clean, comfortable service center but I would simply rather get an oil change some where else at a more affordable price and under 30 mins time.

45,000 scheduled service, I pre ok’d do all scheduled. End of day all happy they go fetch the car and everything is not working. Those “old oil pressure sensors” can fail. Huh I bought the car in 2023 so unless Ford is putting used parts in new cars I don’t call that old. The O2 sensor is bad, the All Terrain controller is faulting, AC is not working. So I have never gotten a broken car back with all new issues after service. Their service paperwork I got after paying had zero recommendations or issues. They keep it and I courtesy car it home. Next day AC electric wires are found ripped out and caused a short for the fuse that is the car’s brains. So fuse and new AC attachment boot is needed and ordered, will be here next day. Next day AC part still inbound iffy if can be installed before close but for sure next day. All conversations start with these repairs will have to be paid for by me. I retorted none were issues before or during service. Go in check out car, all working they caved and I owe zero. Can I see the old AC part? No we are sending it back to Ford. Can you show me the new part on my car? I have time so they go get service tech. Uh no new ac part was installed! When they wanted me to pay it was necessary, ordered and inbound arrival updates. With me not paying bubblegum and bandaids are fine. Multiple lies!

The worst service i have ever received. I took truck there for a oil change and tire rotation and this is how they gave me truck back. I went up there with 4 center cap on my tires and left with only 2. Oil was poured all over my motor. I checked the oil , oil is low. So I paid for them to pour oil on my motor and not in motor. Also paid for my wheels to be balanced. Remind I had no problems with my tires. I drove off my truck was shaking really bad that I had to turn around and go back . Now they are saying I need a wheel alignment. All this happen in one day.

I’ve been working with ford for a while and this experience has been my best. After I authorized two services, the mechanics got a second opinion and decided one was not needed and did not allow me to waste my money on an unnecessary service. Immediately after that they honored a promise they had made to me a week before on layering my keys. Great experience over all. Any dealership that values honesty has my business
