I bought a 2020 Outback here. I've gotten good service. I liked Subaru as a company(until recently). Certain Subarus have a windshield cracking defect that Subaru knew about (probably even when they sold me mine). They had to have class action against them to even publicly acknowledge this problem. Mine started developing spontaneous cracks. I took it back there after researching this issue & the service "advisor" wouldnt even acknowledge the problem & they WILL NOT make my problem right because the vehicle has more than 100K on it. He gave me a company # to call but I was given the same run around there. This is a manufacturing defect that's not related (or shouldn't be) related to mileage. I won't be buying another Subaru. I won't do business with a company that won't even acknowledge things that they're responsible for & has to be sued. There're too many other great cars available. Three stars for the dealership but I'd give the Subaru company 0 stars if possible. They want $1100.00 to replace the defective windshield. I also had problems with a battery (still under waranty) several yrs ago that they wouldn't replace. They make good vehicles but if they won't make known defects right I'm out.

I was in and out under 1 hour! Oil change,tire rotation and 40 point check. Never,has this happened to me at any other dealership in my 50+ years dealing with dealers! My wife waited 3.5 hours for same services at another dealership
View on GoogleI bought my WRX from this Dealer. Everything went smooth back then, so I had no reason not to try the Service Department when the time came. I live 2.5 hours away. Was having an issue with my Headlight, so I called and scheduled an appointment for Saturday. There was a minor miscommunication between myself and the receptionist. But Jason Womack and Deion Thomas took care of me and got my car checked out and repaired the same day. They did not have to do what they did, but wanted to make things better after the misunderstanding I had when scheduling the service. They were both very cordial and professional.
View on GoogleGot our first oil change there and they forgot how to put the top back on. oil everywhere on the new car and at that my son slipped and fell in their shop too. They don’t know how to wash cars either. Get your car and don’t get the package that will service your car there so mad cuz it Sunday and they are closed and it far from where we live and well still terrible service! For forgetting how to do a simple oil change!
