I brought my van in because the previous repair shop overfilled my oil in my van. You removed oil but yesterday for work I was at a military base, they made me open my hood and there was oil all over the engine. I know it was a cheap service but they could’ve cleaned it up. This a brand new van that should have received a little more care

I’m new to the area and just picked at random to have my vehicle inspected for potential clutch repair. They told me I needed a whole new clutch and the price quoted seemed outrageous, so I called about five other places and Concourse was by far the most expensive. The place I ended up picking told me I didn’t need a new clutch, and that the master cylinder was the main issue and they could get me out the door for under $1000. The inspection itself was $25 more than average also. Three stars because they were really nice to me, but yeah, far too expensive.

I came here I came here because somebody recommended it, because somebody else recommended it to them. I’m glad I did. I own a 26 year-old Toyota Tacoma that I am very fond of and I was looking for somebody to check The HVAC system. I know my truck well and when I spoke to Brendan, he was very straightforward, and had all the answers that I was looking for, andI knew that I was at the right spot. So I got my truck back and all it needed was a little bit of refrigerant, no leaks! Concourse automotive is where I’m taking my truck for anything I can’t handle myself.

I have a 2011 Honda Civic with over 258,000 miles and still going. This was my first time to visit Concourse Automotive. A friend of mine who lives in my complex recommended them. They performed a full inspection and diagnostic. I had a random list of things to check and/or fix. Ultimately, the master switch for my window was replaced and they cleared the corrosion from my battery terminals. Brendan was very communicative, via text and phone, and did not start any repairs until discussing with me what would be done and the cost. I appreciated this so much. And, he informed me of other repairs that will be needed in the future. I would definitely recommend Concourse to repair your vehicle!
