Josh, Adam, and the entire team at CB of Grapevine did an excellent job as always. The entire process from getting a quote, beginning the work in a timely manner, finishing as secured, and the final invoice was actually less due to the ease of installation compared to what was quoted. I’ve been taking several of my vehicles to Josh and Adam for over 7 years. Finding people with honesty, integrity, and always produce quality work and stand behind their service is almost impossible to find. I highly recommend you give CB of Grapevine a chance to service all your vehicle service!

Was driving and my tire pressure light randomly came on. This could be nothing, or something big. Hard to tell, and I wasn't willing to guess. I brought it in and talked to Ethan, very friendly and helpful. He fixed the issue in less than 15 mins and didn't even charge me. (Apparently I just needed air pressure balanced in all tires). It's great to have wonderful people like Ethan working for this company. Thanks Ethan for your kindness and helpfulness.

This is very simple for me. The service was outstanding and the best service that I’ve had. The customer service was excellent and Christian Brother made every thing easy for me. They were very accommodating when it came to transportation for me from the airport. The gentleman that drove me back gave me the history of Christian Brothers and how it came to be. The story was fantastic! I would not and will not go to any other automotive shop outside of Christian Brothers going forward. They impressed me throughly.

⭐ 1 Star (I wouldn't give a star if I had the choice.) Avoid Christian Brothers Automotive Grapevine. I brought my car Today in only to replace lug nuts. When I dropped it off, all lug nuts were installed, and I have photos to prove it. After inspecting my car, I was told my vehicle was unsafe to drive and that I needed over $1,000 in repairs. I declined because it was far beyond my budget. When I picked up my car, both front wheels had only 2 lug nuts each. At first, the staff claimed my car arrived that way, but after I showed them my photos, they admitted that several lug nuts had broken during their work. I also have photos of the broken lug nuts. ( and then even they didn’t gave me my rest broken nuts I got only 3 in total of 6 ) I was scared to drive my car with only 2 lug nuts on each front wheel, but I no longer trusted Christian Brothers Automotive Grapevine to work on my vehicle. I took it to a nearby tire shop instead, and they fixed the problem for under $160. I have the receipt and proof. I felt pressured into expensive repairs and was repeatedly told that no other mechanic could fix the issue. Based on my experience, people should be careful and always get a second opinion before agreeing to costly repairs. My car left this shop in a less safe condition than when I brought it in. Very disappointing experience.

I had an experience today that genuinely restored my faith in people. Today, I was already having the worst day. Of course when that happens, your car HAS to have issues, right ? I was driving back to Mckinney from Mansfield and I noticed my AC wasn't blowing as cold, and then from there I noticed my temperature guage was running hot. I got scared and just googled the nearest auto shop to me and ended up at Christian Brothers. It turned out to be my radiator. Ethan and Robert are to thank for turning my day around. Ethan was working the front desk and Robert was my mechanic. Ethan took the time to listen, treated me with kindness and respect, and went above and beyond in a way I didn't expect. What stood out to me most wasn't just the help I received, but how genuine and compassionate he and Robert both were throughout the entire process. I want to be clear, this a professional high quality shop, but both of their integrity, honesty, and willingness to help somone in a tough spot says everything about how they do business. If you're looking for a place to treat you with respect, I HIGHLY recommend them. I'm incredibly grateful and will be returning in the future.
