June 2, 2026 We took our Mercedes ML350 to Blair's Automotive in Grapevine, TX, for an A/C repair and worked with Johnny Cortez, our service advisor. Johnny and the team thoroughly diagnosed the issue, adjusted the refrigerant levels, and recalibrated the blend door actuator with a system reset. They also completed additional repairs and stood behind their work with exceptional customer service. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the process. We were very impressed with the quality of service and the attention to detail. Based on this experience, we will definitely be bringing another vehicle to Johnny and the Blair's Automotive team in the near future. Highly recommended! Long time Grapevine resident.

Johnny kept me updated every step of the way on my vehicle, when I called I always reached a person not a recording. The office is so clean and modern you wouldnt think it was an automotive. I cannot express to you how well managed Blair Automotive is. I was looking to forge a relationship with someone other than the dealer for my Audi S5 and I couldnt be more satisfied.

During their inspection, they discovered a major issue with my BMWx5 that the dealership had completely missed. Instead of charging me for unnecessary repairs, they advised me to take the vehicle back to the dealership because the problem should be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. As it turned out, the dealership had failed to perform a required inspection, and because this company caught the issue, it saved me approximately $7,000 in repair costs.
