I just called for a quote on pricing to change an alternator (which I already have the part) and the older gentleman I spoke with seemed easily agitated and condescending. I asked if they test the battery or alternator prior to fixing anything and he said "No, you're telling me the part is bad so we aren't gonna test anything". I explain that I never said the part was bad, merely asking how much it would be to replace. He started responding with more attitude and that sealed the deal for me. And on top of that, I called 4 other places prior to here and they ALL said they would test it beforehand at no extra charge. WITHOUT attitude. I will not be bringing any vehicle to a place where I'm gonna get attitude for asking simple questions. I'm not a mechanic and shouldn't be required to have the knowledge of one to request pricing.

First of all when I opened the door to the office there were 4 white guys in there that looked at me like what the hell I want. I said to them good morning and one spoke and said what can I help you with. I told him my issue and he said very rudely Ma’am everything is done by appointment here. I never asked him to come fix it right now. That let me know that I was not the right color. Don’t go there unless you like to be mistreated

My grandpa always took our cars here. He passed away a few years ago and I have continued to go here. Gary is amazing. As a woman, mechanics usually take advantage of you but Gary always listens and fixes the issue. I’ve NEVER had to take my car back or somewhere else because the problem wasn’t fixed the first time. He is reasonable and the prices are fair. He always takes the time to explain and show you what he did. Love this dude! Don’t know what I’m gonna do when he retires :/
