Took the car in for a simple knock sensor replacement, paid 350 for the repair, car didn't even make it home a half mile away. Stalled and won't start. I stopped in this morning, waiting on Bruno to call me back.

Waste of time , waste of money. Did absolutely nothing as far as repairing my vehicle. Wasted time doing things that will have to be re-done once repairs are made. I'm guessing that the head gasket was the issue since ( I was never called to be told what the problem was or what I wanted to do about it ???} I was charged for "installation of the stop leak" which means they opened a bottle and pour it into the radiator ?? Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle to a mechanic !

What a refreshing change! My car was dropped off Monday, I received a follow up estimate call 5 hours later and on Tuesday at 1pm, receive a call telling me it was done. I haven't ever had such exemplary service from an auto shop. Definitely recommend!

Money grabbers Called multiple times for a quote on a diagnostic was told $150 and was told the diagnostic would take 1-2 days when i went to pick up the vehicle they wanted to charge me $300. Was told because they had to remove a o2 sensor i did not receive a call about this beforehand (never got a call on a update for the vehicle and was held for over a week)even asked them if they still had my phone number constantly told me they would give me a call back and wouldn’t every time i passed by the shop my vehicle was outside in the parking lot and not being looked into. They told me they have to prioritize other vehicles over mine and was told they could only look into it on their free time or else it’ll take them months to get to an oil change lol. Imagine how long they would take to do a major mechanical job🤦♂️
