I brought my 2021 BMW X3 to Complete Automotive Repair with a coolant sensor light that kept coming back on. From the very first visit, they stood out letting me know that coolant shouldn’t need refill but they’d check it out. After confirming my coolant was very low and refilling at no cost, they told me if the sensor came on again take vehicle in for a deeper check. Well it did come back on within 2 weeks. So I made an appointment for repairs and dropped my vehicle off. What impressed me most was their transparency. Instead of just billing me for surprise repairs, they called me in to physically show me what they found. They explained everything clearly and gave me options: fix just the initial issue now or address everything at once. That kind of honesty and communication is rare and appreciated. They kept my car for exactly a week, and it’s been running flawlessly for the past two week, better than before, actually. For a BMW owner, I expect premium pricing, but I also got premium service. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely communicative. This was my first experience with Complete Automotive Repair, and I’m confident I won’t be going anywhere else. Highly recommend. 10/10

This shop is the place to go! They did a fantastic job on my 2000 Dodge Ram 1500. Had several issues with the truck not communicating with the computer. Repaired governor In the transmission. Also the Ignition coil. And complete distributor assembly.. Zachary is extremely knowledgeable and Josh that actually worked on my truck did a great job. Don't waste your time going anywhere else..

went in to get my brakes checked because a sensor warning came on, but there was no noise or issues at the time. After having them replaced here, my brakes are now making a loud, constant noise that wasn’t there before. This is frustrating because I came in with a minor warning and left with a noticeable problem. I expected better communication, quality work and a proper inspection I appreciate your response, but I need to clarify a few things. At no point was I told that choosing not to replace the rotors would cause my brakes to make a loud noise afterward. If that had been clearly explained, I would have made a different decision. In fact, I would have rather kept the brake warning light than end up with loud, constant noise after the service. That doesn’t make sense to me, and it’s not something I would have agreed to. Also, I want to be very clear—money was not an issue. I was never told you could “work with me on pricing,” and that was not a factor in my decision at all. My decision was based strictly on the information I was given at the time. I brought my vehicle in because of a sensor, and there was no noise before the service. Now there is, immediately after the work was done. That’s why this situation is frustrating. Clear communication matters, especially when it comes to something as important as brakes. Had I been properly informed about the likely outcome, I would have chosen differently.

I was really happy to use this place for complete front brake replacements. They gave me a quote over the phone and completed the work within a couple of hours. The work was great, the price was fair and the front office person was professional and didn’t try to upsell anything. He gave me an idea on how long before o needed to replace the back brakes. I will return!

Can’t keep their word for crap, dropped my truck off for tire install and alignment. After 3-4 hours I was notified they didn’t have the proper equipment to do it (no harm no foul I get it stuff happens). Arrive to pick the truck up and they say to take it to a shop for tire balance and bring it back for a free alignment (didn’t ask for anything was planning on going somewhere else after that but who doesn’t like free). Paid 120 at their buddy’s place to get them mounted and balanced, returned the next day, dropped the truck off and was notified that it would cost 300$ now since the truck is lifted, how could you not tell it was lifted when you walked up to it and saw the tires? Or that it sat in your lot for 3+ hours? I said yes since I had already missed a lot of time at work because of this. Ended up paying 420$ total when other shops quoted me 250$, missed some time at work and paid way more that I had to just because they couldn’t keep their word. Don’t trust!
