As I drove up to get my new tires put on two employees were standing there with their backs turned having a private conversation. I got out of my vehicle and patiently waited as they continued their private conversation with their backs turned for almost 2 minutes without acknowledging me. I will never go there again. Employees were rude and didn’t not seem to value my business
View on GoogleTerrible costumer service. I came here twice. They didn't acknowledge me, even when I got out of my car to speak to one of the employees. All 3 looked at me. 2 went into the office and 1 stayed outside. I had to talk to him 1st. Any other business greet costumers and want to know what service they're wanting.

View on GoogleToday was my first time going here. I'm very happy I did. My youngest daughter recommended them to me. I was there at 7:50am knowing they open at 8 and I was 3rd in line. I'm not the only one that knows to get places early! Lol! I watch my 4 yo granddaughter at 10 and though I was 3rd in line they had me in and out. The young man that opened this morning I didn't get his name (wish I had) he was very polite and very respectful as was Gilbert the young man that did my tire. I can't express enough the fantastic customer service and skills they have! I will definitely use them from now on. The pricing is also great me being a widow on a fixed income. You can't ask for better than them. Thank you guys very much!
