I always take my cars to this dealership due to Mr.salinas and the team always being cool with the car community but today I took my daily driver to have a tire issue looked at under warranty, and as soon as I mentioned the word “warranty,” the staff’s attitude completely changed. As soon as I said that they seemed to get mad the old lady took a deep breath and told me tires don’t have a warranty like if I’m an idiot, while mean-mugging me the whole time. I was told I could warranty my tire trough my tire insurance I bought with the truck at any ford quick lane and ford service center, I could’ve been left stranded and they could care less I later went to Mac Haik Ford, and they handled everything professionally and honored the warranty with no problem they did not ask for any paperwork. No mean mugging no hassle everything went smooth I just wanted to share my experience — customer service and attitude goes a long way, and I hope Crosby Ford can improve how they treat people. I know it’s Friday but Jesus you should smile more old lady!!!!!

I will never return to this place. They deliberately tampered with my vehicle, creating a fake oil leak by applying silicone around the drain plug to prevent it from sealing properly. As a result, my car was leaking oil, and I had to hire a specialist to fix the mess they caused. Additionally, the oil they put in was in terrible condition. A completely dishonest and unprofessional experience.

View on GoogleIf I could give this place zero stars I would. STAY AWAY FROM HERE if you care about safety. I took my vehicle to them on 1/21/21 because my ride was feeling bumpy and I suspected the shocks were bad. They returned my car and only stated there was nothing loose. My husband wasnt convinced so this morning 1/31/21 he changed them out himself. The shocks were leaking oil. I'm not sure if the bumper to bumper warranty should have covered it or not but if not a simple sorry thats not part of the warranty would have been sufficient. This just shows carelessness.
