Great speedy service, would recommend to anyone needing work done! They saved me so much time and hassle. Adam hooked me up with great pricing and Devan & Cameron replaced the alternator on my Lexus so fast you would think they are from a nascar pit crew. As someone who works on cars myself, I was impressed at the quality of service I was able to receive from start to finish. 10 STARS!!!!! huge shout out to these guys, i was stranded in sevierville mountains truck wouldnt move at all, called some tow companies the price was crazy being a holiday weekend, got ahold of adam at the auto group. he came out figured out the issue but had bad news nothing available on the holiday for parts, he drove me to a hotel to get me off the road and promised to be back this morning, showed up at 830 in the morning to pick me up parts in hand had me going in just a few hours and there price was cheaper than back home. and they come to you, hands down best company i have ever used. they know there stuff and are great at what they do, only place ill use from now on when im in the area, if you have car or truck issues call these guys.. thanks again if 10 stars was a option yall would get it

Huge shoutout to The Auto Group. My Nissan Kicks was a mess after an accident. The suspension was trashed and it needed some serious body work. Adam handled everything. They sourced the parts fast, and fit to finish on the new body panels are perfect. It drives straight and looks great. If your in the Smokies and need real work done right, this is the place. Highly recommend The Auto Group.

The Auto Group did a great job on my 2017 Chevy Silverado. The Backup Camera went out and the dealership said the computer had to be replaced. Adam found the issue (a broken wire), had it repaired and working good as new in no time at all. He also found an issue with our front hub assemblies and he replaced those as well. Thank You Adam and The Auto Group! Great Job!
