As tourists to this area we had bad luck of a shock being broken, it was a rental from TURO, we noticed the funny sound when we first left Indiana, drove to Florida and then to Tennessee, broken shock all the way, a dangerous way to drive but we didn’t know it. We finally discovered the broken shock was making the noise when we hit bumps, we also noticed the tires were pretty bald but didn’t realize how bad they were until Carr’s showed us when it was in the lift. They were so bad that 3 tires began to split! They said it’s too dangerous to be on the road and tried to find us a tire company. Carr’s not only accommodated us to get the van scheduled, but provided a rental vehicle and helped get our tires changed! Amazing service and great guys to be around. Trustworthy and reasonable, lucky to have found them!

My wife and I have been taking a Spring vacation in and around Gatlinburg for the last 7 years. We absolutely love the people and the area! We have never needed any help or repairs done on our vehicle while being here until this year. After a recent deer hit and repairs done in Wisconsin, we discovered, on our trip, that the fan shroud was not reinstalled properly which pushed the power supply for the fan clutch into the fan blade and ripping it to shreds! Needless to say a ¾ ton diesel pulling a trailer doesn’t cool too well without the fan turning! I called Carr’s, they got me in right away, replaced the fan clutch, fan blade and repaired the fan shroud. We couldn’t have been happier with the fair pricing, service and the quick turnaround we received from them! I would recommend Carr’s Auto to anyone in need. They are 10 star worthy and truly stand up folks!

Called this company on a recommendation and they said 2 days ago they would get it out the next day and have it towed to my house, and told me to leave the key at the car. They are now saying they cannot do this and are hemming and hawing so I cancelled. Cannot be relied on in an emergency.

They got me in, diagnosed and removed a stone stuck in my brake system, and I was on the road safe and sound much more quickly than expected. Their price was super reasonable and everyone was friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience after a stressful situation with my vehicle.
