We were camping at KOA, Townsend and our AC was not cooling as we thought it should. I looked at the available options for RV repair. A-1 had very good reviews. I called and spoke with Earl on Thursday and he was booked the next day but made it Saturday. He said 10 am and he arrived on time. He checked our unit and a couple other issues. Earl is trustworthy! I would definitely use A-1 again. Also, his rate was very reasonable.

Earl is very knowledgeable with RV All I can say is this man is good on RVs and cares about people Thanks Earl, t Well I need to add to my story in Oct 2025 I was in Pigeon Forge again and my A/C Heat pump went out I contacted Earl he came out and replaced it, They had give him the wrong control box for the heat pump, Earl had to order it but I had to leave before it arrived, Earl and his son drove to South Carolina to finish the job. Now if this don't tell people what kind of man he is I don't know what will. Thank you for what you did Earl
