I was coming into pigeon forge and gatlinburg for a family vacation and my A/C went out on my truck half way here. It was a Sunday and Monday morning I took my truck to their shop first thing Monday morning and they were busy and still was able to look at my truck by 9am. They had all the parts to fix my truck and did it right then and there. My truck was fixed and back in my possession at 3pm that afternoon on monday. I cannot reccomend this shop enough. The guys there are very friendly and are super helpful. Communication was amazing they called once they figured out the problem and let me know up front how much it would cost. These shop is top notch. My family visits pigeon forge 2 times a year and now I feel great knowing there is a shop I can rely on if I have car trouble. 10/10 recommend these guys!

This is a great local business! Everyone I encountered was very friendly and obviously well trained. I was particularly happy that I wasn't inundated by dire warnings about dangerous problems with my car. I was told they would be moving to a larger more modern building and I will certainly follow them there!

View on GoogleMy 5yr old grandson and I had a break down on the 2nd day of our week vacation....car couldn't be driven .. through the kindness of strangers we made it to eagle one where the owner called a top notch towing service ( Stooksbury's towing) that met us back at the car and then towed us to the shop. It was the end of the work day and the owner promised to get on it first thing the next day. The tow service was kind enough to take us to our hotel. I heard from eagle one at mid morning telling me the extent of the damage and he promised to have it ready as soon as possible....at 2pm he called...all ready to go....the work was fast, car runs like a clock....the staff was professional and friendly... everyone Iocal I talked to about what happened spoke highly of eagle one....their praise is justified....the cost of towing and repair were in keeping with my mechanic shop at home....I highly recommend them both....they made a potentially stressful event almost pleasant....thank you folks
