If you ever needed proof that great people still exist in business… this is it. We’re on vacation in Pigeon Forge, staying 5 minutes up the side of what I’ll call a “mountain” in an awesome 3-story cabin, feeling pretty good… until my “new to me” 60k mile 2021 Yukon XL Denali decided it had other plans 😅 Day 2 of vacation — brakes start rubbing. Not ideal when you’re navigating mountain roads with the family. I bought this thing 3 days ago and drove it all the way from Cleveland with zero time to get it checked. Timing = terrible. I called Pigeon Forge Tire Service at 7:00 PM (they close at 8), expecting a “come back tomorrow.” Instead, Maria (the owner) says: 👉 “Get here. We’ll take care of it tonight.” They stayed until 8:45 PM to knock out the front brakes. Who does that anymore?! Then… plot twist — rear brakes were shot too. At this point I’m thinking my vacation is officially cooked. Nope. Maria worked it out, made a fair deal, and even had one of her guys come in on Easter Sunday to finish the rear brakes. Let that sink in. Vacation = SAVED. ✔️ Honest ✔️ Fair pricing ✔️ Above-and-beyond service ✔️ Actually cares about people This wasn’t just good service — this was “we’re not letting your trip get ruined” service. If you’re anywhere near Pigeon Forge and need work done, don’t even think twice. 10/10 — highly recommend.

Highly recommend! We were on vacation in the area and the parking brake on our car required maintenance. There was no way we could have driven home the way it was. We called around and most shops were busy or couldn't do this repair. Pigeon Forge Tire took us right away and had it fixed in less than 15 minutes. The pricing was also great. Miguel and crew saved our vacation. Would give 6 stars if I could!!!

The only positive I can say is that the service was fast. However, I have serious concerns about the honesty and pricing here. I came in needing a tire replacement and was sold a Pantera tire at nearly $200. After doing my own research（based on ChatGPT and Claude, Pantera is a budget brand with a retail cost of around $60-80 — meaning I was significantly overcharged for a low-quality product. What bothered me most was that I specifically asked multiple times whether this tire was comparable to or better than my original Turanza tires. The staff confidently told me it was better. That is simply not true. Turanza is a Bridgestone product — a globally recognized top-tier brand — while Pantera is a budget tire that doesn't come close in terms of performance, safety, or durability. I feel misled on both the quality and the price. If you're getting a tire replaced here, I strongly recommend doing your research beforehand and asking for the exact brand and model before agreeing to anything. Would not recommend this shop if you value transparency and fair pricing.

The night we arrived in the area from Ohio, the alternator in our 2016 Honda Odyssey stopped working. I called them that evening before closing (as they were one of the few shops open at that point), and they were gracious in allowing us to drop off the vehicle after hours (which a tow truck ended up having to do). They promised to have it done for us by the next afternoon and they were true to their word. They also got us a fair price on the alternator and labor. We’re grateful for their quality service!
