I've followed Chris for a while and trust him im happy he is at an established business like yours it only makes me use you service more. Your employees at the front of house are very personalbe and made me feel fight at home. WAYNE CARL GARAGE will be my place of business for as long as I own a vehicle. View on GoogleI’ve been coming to Wayne Carl Garage for the last couple of years, ever since they partnered with Wes Jackson, and it’s been consistently great. I only need them for annual safety inspections since I drive an EV, but every visit has been smooth. The inspection didn’t take long at all while I sat in the waiting area, comfortable (retro decor) with Wi‑Fi and free coffee. Everyone I've interacted with has been genuinely friendly. Online scheduling and the text/email reminders make things easier. I don’t have experience with their more extensive services, but I’d expect the same level of care. If you’re in the area and need a reliable local garage, they’re absolutely worth a try.

Very reasonable priced compared to other local garage quotes. Highly recommend Wayne Carl Garage. Staff was very friendly and courteous.
View on GoogleMy dealings with the Wayne Carl Garage have all been very favorable. They corrected the fuel leak on my 1996 Mercedes SL500 by replacing the filter. It was accomplished in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been very friendly and extremely accommodating. They are knowledgeable and have done excellent work on any of the cars I’ve brought there. I would highly recommend the Garage.
View on GoogleI was going to give these guys the benefit of the doubt and give them three stars but changed my mind when I finally read the safety inspection sheet. I dropped my SUV off at 10:30 am the day before it was due for inspection. Three hours later I got a message it was finished, and the repairs would be $925 to replace the front right inner tie rod. I declined the repair and took the vehicle home to inspect it myself. The proper way to test a tie rod is to lift the front of the vehicle off the ground and grab the wheel at the 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock position and shake it horizontally to see if anything is loose or making noise. I felt no movement and heard nothing. I then removed the outer tie rod, grabbed the inner tie rod with both hands and pushed and pulled as hard as I could. Again there was no movement and no noise. I soon got a message asking me about my experience with Wayne Carl Garage. I replied I did not understand why it failed the inspection when I could find nothing wrong with the tie rod. They did not respond. I purchased new Honda parts and replaced both tie rods and took it back to the shop to get my inspection sticker. After getting home I finally read the report. They said it "had play and is noisy." I burst out laughing. I'm sure I will hear arguments about how much experience and training their technicians have had. Well I have over fifty years experience repairing my family vehicles. This was outright dishonesty.
