Like the sales team, the service team did not disappoint. Staff was very friendly and completed work within the communicated time window. Facilities are clean and provide great spaces to work if you’re waiting for your vehicle. Can’t recommend Scott Kia enough!

View on GoogleScott Kia is a very friendly, fast and accommodating with an unplanned mid day shuttle I needed. My only issue is with the answering service. Trying to get ahold of service through the phone would ring and hang up on me. The only way to get ahold of service I found was being forwarded to them from parts. Which worked the two times I had to do it and the parts guys were very nice .
View on GoogleMy recent service visit at Scott Kia of Limerick was disappointing, primarily due to the conduct of Service Advisor Sam Sanchez. I had a valid coupon — received via mail from Scott Kia — offering a free PA state inspection with a paid emissions test. When I presented it at check-in, Sam refused to apply it without a clear explanation, insisting I pay the full amount (approximately $115 after tax and fees). When I asked him to verify with his manager, his response was dismissive: "Why do you think my manager would help here?" After persistent but respectful follow-up on my part, he eventually contacted his manager — and the coupon was applied without issue. This suggests the issue was not a dealership policy problem, but rather a lack of training or willingness on his part. What made this experience particularly frustrating was a comment Sam made during our exchange, asking whether the ~$20–25 difference (after coupon) was "a lot." That kind of remark is condescending and has no place in a customer interaction. The coupon was legitimate. The discount was honored in the end. But a customer should never have to argue repeatedly to redeem a promotion the dealership itself mailed out. I hope Scott Kia's leadership takes this as an opportunity to improve training and customer service standards for their service advisors.
