Had a great experience at Tires Plus. Bill, the manager, was excellent from start to finish. He was professional, helpful, and clearly runs a solid team. They got everything handled quickly and had me out the door fast without making it feel rushed. Great service, great communication, and a really smooth experience overall. Definitely appreciate Bill and his crew. Highly recommend this location.

**0 Stars (if possible)** I am writing this review to document a serious service failure and safety concern related to work performed at **Tires Plus – Royersford, PA**. On my visit, I brought in my **2011 Mercedes-Benz C300 4MATIC** for a **Pennsylvania state inspection and installation of four new tires**. This vehicle requires **different tire sizes for the front and rear**, which is critical for proper AWD operation and drivetrain safety. This requirement was discussed in advance with the store manager, **Bill**, who acknowledged it and assisted in selecting the tires. There was no misunderstanding about the specifications. After dropping the vehicle off, Bill suggested that if I left a **5-star Google review**, I would receive **$10 off the service**. I declined at that time, explaining that no service had yet been completed and it would be inappropriate to review work that had not been performed. When I retrieved my vehicle, I noticed **grease residue on the tires and rims**. Shortly after leaving the premises—but before entering Route 422—I heard a **clicking noise** coming from the vehicle. I immediately turned around and returned to the shop due to concern for safety. Upon inspection, Bill admitted that **the tires had been installed on the incorrect rims**. This resulted in the tire contacting the **strut**, which caused: * A clicking noise from the drivetrain * **Physical damage to my wheel (deep scraping)** * Stress on the **transfer case**, a critical component on AWD vehicles This damage was not present prior to service. I then questioned how the vehicle passed **state inspection** if the tires were installed incorrectly. Initially, Bill stated that he did not inspect the vehicle. However, after I pointed out that **inspection stickers had already been applied**, he acknowledged that the shop did perform the inspection. This inconsistency raised further concerns about the validity and thoroughness of the inspection process. As a resolution, I was offered **one tire at no charge**. This does not address the broader issue. Stretching or misapplying a front tire to a rear rim on an AWD Mercedes creates **ongoing safety risks and potential drivetrain damage**, and it does not restore confidence in the integrity of the work performed. At this point, I **do not feel safe operating the vehicle**. This experience reflects: * Improper tire installation * Failure to identify errors during inspection * Damage caused during service * Inconsistent explanations from management * A lack of regard for customer safety and manufacturer specifications Due to these issues, I cannot recommend this location. Customers relying on this shop for inspections or tire work—especially on AWD or performance vehicles—should proceed with caution and consider alternative service providers.

Came in originally just for an oil change, but I had a chirping sound coming from the car that I wanted checked out as well. I spoke with Bill, the shop manager, the day before and he got me in first thing this morning, no hassle. Everything was handled quickly and professionally from the start. They diagnosed the chirping issue right away and took care of it properly. What stood out was that the alignment turned into a tougher job than expected, but Bill personally stepped in and made sure it was done right. That kind of effort and accountability is rare. I also decided to get new tires while I was there, and there was zero pressure or upselling. It was exactly what I asked for. On top of that, Bill upgraded me to a better set of tires at no extra cost when the original ones weren’t available, which he definitely didn’t have to do. The whole team was solid, respectful, and efficient. You can tell this place is run the right way. If you’re in the area and need work done, I’d definitely recommend them. Bill especially

I had an excellent experience at Tires Plus. I actually switched over to Bill and his team after dealing with another mechanic who would take forever to get things done. Bill’s team was the complete opposite. They were fast, professional, and got me out the door without the usual runaround. What really impressed me was that they even diagnosed a previous issue my old mechanic couldn’t figure out. Bill definitely has a strong team, and it shows in how they treat customers and handle the work. Great service, great communication, and a much better experience overall. I’ll definitely be back.

I Absolutely Love the excellent customer service & vehicle service at this location! Bill the manager goes above & beyond for all the customers, he is great! Isaiah is great! He always makes sure everything runs smoothly, Anthony is Awesome & is great with my car. Ryan helped me today with checking the fluids in my car, he is very knowledgeable & let me know how to maintain the fluids in my car, he is very kind! All the guys there are great! I Highly Recommend because they absolutely care about their customers! Thank you for everything!!!
