uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at uBreakiFix. I brought my Xbox in on June 14 after it stopped working. I paid the $95 diagnostic fee so the technicians could open it up and determine what was wrong. I was also told there would be an additional charge for parts and repairs, which I was completely okay with. I was told I would receive a call when the repair was complete, but I never did. After weeks of waiting, I called on Monday, June 29, and was told my Xbox would be finished by the end of that week. That never happened. When I called again today, I was told they were putting it back together and that it would be ready for pickup later that day. A few hours later, I received another call saying they could not fix it after all because it still had no power and they were unable to get the parts needed to complete the repair. After waiting for over a month, I feel like I was given false expectations and poor communication throughout the entire process. If the repair couldn’t be completed, I wish I had been told that much sooner instead of being repeatedly told it would be ready. The lack of communication and the amount of time I waited for no resolution was very frustrating. I expected much better service and left feeling very disappointed.

The worst customer service ever! Dropped off a pc to get a new ssd installed and the system cleaned 3 weeks ago original estimate was a week to a week and a half due to a back log. Called a couple times to get an update and everytime I called the tech assigned is off that day and no notes are in the system and it's on the bench being worked on. The told me after every call they would call the next day with update no calls ever were made. Complete incompetence. Today I come to the store personally to be told again the tech is off today and the pc is on the bench in pieces. This is crazy. Ubreakifix in Royersford, PA

One day I arrived at my job to find my client in despair as his iPad was not working. After trying to decipher what could be happening on my own to no avail I started calling around to see who might help us. I explained when reaching this location that my client was quite upset he could not watch sesame Street and his other YouTube favorites. They encouraged me to come in and they would take a look. Bottom line first problem was Wi-Fi was off, he had been home with his parents for a stay and apparently in the transition it got turned off. The technicians at the store seeing our situation and what we needed and how my client used his iPad ran other diagnostics and found he didn't have the latest software update. My client is quite capable living on his on in a special community but these kinds of things are not on his, (or my) radar. Suffice to say there were many more details to this story but what you want to know is these technicians were respectful and caring to my client. They answered his questions like the one over and over, "how long will this take? We need to go to CVS too, will the CVS still be open ? Well they scooted us off to CVS when it was close to closing time and one technician said to another well if they run past closing we wait, that's it, until he/they return. As it turned out we made it back in time and they generously waived any associated fee. The respect that was given was priceless. My client left with his head held high, knowing he mattered. This was a wonderful experience to be part of. Thank you guys!

I brought in a dead Samsung s24+ phone at 10:30 a.m., and picked up a repaired fully functioning phone at 1:30 p.m. the same day. The staff was courteous and professional. I could not be more delighted with the exceptional same-day service that I received at for a fair price. I will never go anywhere else! I highly recommend uBreakiFix.
