Do not go to this place! I had a 1985 Ford Ranger. The truck would shut off, but only after it was driven for 45 minutes. You could drive it anywhere under any conditions for 45 minutes, then it would shut it self down. If you waited another 45 minutes, it would start back up and run like a champ again. These fools put a cheap part that had something to do with the transmission and charged me $183.00. They said they fixed it. When I took it to work the next day, it did the exact same thing right at the 45 minute mark. The truck shut off. I complained, and I finally got it out of them that they did not know what it was and were just guessing. They said they could not fix it. They had the truck for 2 weeks. Charged me and did not fix the problem. Then lied about it!

My intermittent no start problem suddenly became permanent. Brigitte could not have been nicer making arrangements. Even tho they were full with apptments (always a sign of a good shop) they let me tow there and kept it until they could get to it, in only 2 days. They were able to diagnose and fix the 1st day they worked on it, for a very fair price. Thank you and looking forward to coming back.

After being rear ended recently I was in need of an auto body shop. After going to a few shops, when I went to Tom's, I knew I was in the right place. They took care of me and my car. Don't go where the insurance company wants you to go, go where they will look out for you. It was done earlier than I expected and they are great people and care about the customer. As much as I enjoyed the experience, I hope I don't need to see you again for body work. I will recommend you to everyone. Victoria C.

Today was the third time I've used Tom's. Very professional and very competitively priced. Dealers cant touch them. This morning my Odyssey started running very roughly. I limped it into the shop and had it back by 5pm. Now I dont have to miss another day at work. They did some exhaust work for me a while back that was almost half as much as the chain wanted to charge me. Couldn't recommend them enough.
