I have had nothing but positive experiences. Every time I have come in with a flat, they are able to fit me in. The first time I needed a new tire, but was able to get a used tire, that has lasted. This time, I thought I needed a new tire, and they were able to patch it up. They provided great customer service and did not try to swindle me.

Found a screw in my tire today, didn't know where to go to get it fixed. We googled tires in Lancaster and came across Roberts Tires. Read some of the review and a lot were good so we decided to give them a try......so glad we did! As soon as we pulled up someone asked if they could help us....they had 2 or 3 cars already in the garage so we were expecting a long wait.....nope....when I told him there was a screw in the tire he came right out to the parking lot grabbed a jack and went to work.. he took the tire off and took it inside the garage and in about 5 to 10 mins he had it back on my car all patched up. The price was very reasonable infact I was expecting a lot more..thank you guys.

So I don't even know where to start with this place ... at one point this was my go to for any and everything but after 2 years not going and headed back multiple things happened quoted $600.00 for a simple wheel bearing replacement decided to not go with them more so recently I go to them for a set of used tires granted there's only so much they can do with what they have in stock but they try and put a tire on my van that looks like it barley has any tread left I tell them I don't want it they then throw another one on and a day or two later I'm at work an hour away mind you and I pull off to find out I have a flat .... I watched the technicians do my tires and the technicians took very long with this specific tire I paid enough attention to know it was the one that got flat which means they knew it was a bad tire and threw it on anyways ... I drove an hour home worrying about if I was gonna be stuck or imagine my 3 children were in the car and it blew ? I went back there and they did a patch job because apparently "there was none in stock" I don't know go at your own risk 220 dollars to end up with a patched tire doesn't sound like such a good deal to me.
