This is the car repair shop as they should be. Everyone I talked to all had my best interests at heart. Although I this was my first time there, I know I can trust them to accurately diagnose the cause of the issue and offer me the best price available to repair it. I happened to be there picking up my car when a mechanic came in about a customer who thought he had a bad battery. Denny, behind the counter, told him to check other things because he looked up the history and knew it just had a new battery put in last year. For my inspection, he also looked up when I had brakes and rotors installed last since I didn't think it was all that long ago. It was longer than I thought. It's a big happy family atmosphere, and I'm glad to be included. These folks have my strongest recommendation.

View on GoogleMy poor mother brought her Cadillac Escalade to this auto shop based on recommendations. this is hands down the worst place to take your vehicle. They put the incorrect transmission fluid in her car. Her transmission started screaming and acting up. She called couldn’t get ahold of a single person. When she did they told her to drive it in. I her son had it towed to a Cadillac dealer come to find out it’s the incorrect fluid based on the paperwork they provided. And it was one quart low. They never reset the computer safety devices that go with servicing the car. I don’t think they are qualified to work on anything of quality that requires attention to detail. A refund would be the least you could do.
