11/26/2025WARNING DO NOT GO HERE SMFH. My experience here has been a nightmare. The front desk staff seems untrained and constantly gives mixed information—she acts like a mechanic but clearly isn’t, which makes the whole process confusing. Their prices are way too high for what seem like used or low-quality parts, and the work never feels properly checked. They keep telling me I can ‘just come in’ with no appointment, but every time I show up there’s a long line of people waiting and nothing is moving. The whole operation feels completely disorganized. At this point, I honestly don’t understand how this place is still running.” Warning do not go here
View on GoogleExceptional, quality service. I had a tire that was losing air and another local tire store chain wanted to charge me $245 to replace the tire. Robert's team of experts showed me where there was a staple in the tire was able to repair the tire!
View on GoogleI have tried using them for the last several years when they were originally on Liberty Street, have bought at least 4 sets of tires, brakes etcc. Had some minor issues in the beginning we had including grease on the seats and carpet but Orlando took care of things. When they moved to new location, I followed even though it was inconvenient, trying to support an independent company, not a chain. Orlando left and since then, I have had numerous problems. They didn't replace a seal on an oil change and oil leaked all over our garage and they charged me to replace the seal. Most recently I brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation and told them I would wait. I had to leave and she said 5 minutes. 30 minutes later and the car is still on the lift. 5 guys hanging around looking at their phones, Only one guy seemed to be working and took care of it. another 20 minutes and the pull the car out. Grease on the doors, hood, carpet, seat and door jamp. Filthy and no one seemed to care. They gave me some of my cash back. I really prefer to use local companies but have to give up on them. They just don't care and no one is managing the staff.
