I highly recommend Pleiades Auto. They were extremely professional from start to finish. They completed my inspection, took care of a few small fixes and loose ends, and also handled my oil change quickly- efficiently and super affordable!! Charlie and Keith are great guys and are very courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and communicated any setbacks right away. Great customer service and quality work, definitely a company I’d trust again.

This is the shop to go to if you have a Subaru, or really any car. Charles and his team are the nicest, most knowledgeable, and honest mechanics you will meet. We had a timing belt snap in an Outback. Where other independent shops charged more than the value of the vehicle, Charles was able to do it for a fraction of that. He sourced new valves, belts, head gaskets, and other necessary parts, but was able to rehab the heads to save costs (even though it may have taken more of his time than buying new). He did a very thorough job while being conscious of the cost to us. And the turnaround time was so fast! I thought we had a torn rear shock mount. Instead of replacing it, Charles was able to just tighten it (my fault not tightening it fully) and he checked all the fluids, topped up the washer fluid, and added air to the tires. Some shops might have taken advantage of that situation and still not checked over the whole car. Seriously awesome shop, good people, and a cool collection of classic Subarus in the building.

Great customer service, fair, trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanics here. Had my Acura clutch replaced, and felt i was in trusted hands. Charles explained what all was done on my car so I understood the work. If you have a Japanese make car, this is the garage. Takes pride in the work they do. Would add more stars if I could.
