I just had my first experience with J&C auto this week and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. Last year around July/August the A/C went out of my Ford Transit work van. Due to the fact it has the newer style A/C I couldn't find a garage that was able to make the repairs. Against my better judgement I took it to a Ford Dealership in Southern Lanc Co. . The Dealership called me later that day to say it had a leak under the dash and the cost of the repair was close to $2000.00. and they would need the vehicle for several days.When I picked up my vehicle they socked me nearly $400.00 for checking my vehicle out. I was extremely busy with my business at the time so I couldn't part with my work van right then. Fast forward to this year and I found J&C auto. I called to see if they were able to repair the newer A/C systems and was pleasantly surprised that they said yes. I took it in on Tuesday and they called me later that morning and said the A/C compressor wasn't engaging. Right then I remembered why I hate Dealerships. No way did the Dealership check the system with the compressor being out. J&C auto replaced the compressor at a great price( less than half of the Dealership quote that wouldn't have fixed the problem anyhow ) and my A/C is ice cold again. Its great to see a business that provides great customer service. Give them a try, I promise you wont be sorry. Thanks again to everyone at J&C auto. This was my first experience but I promise it won't be the last

I’ve never been a fan of taking my vehicles to big dealerships. J&C Auto has been great to me. Fortunately so far I’ve only had to use them for vehicle inspections and some very minor repairs. But on those repairs, they were able to answer my questions in a thorough and professional matter. I’ve felt taken care of as a customer there!
