The staff here are so honest and helpful. When I got terrible service from a competing 'disount' store around the corner, Tires Plus helped fix my car and make it road ready. When I wanted to go request a refund from that other store, Tires Plus kindly explained my invoice and educated me so I could be more knowledgeable. I'm going to admit, we were going to Tires Plus before I decided to go elsewhere. I won't be straying again; they've earned my trust twice over.

I got a flat tire today while I was out running around and it needed to be fixed right away. I called multiple places and most did not have my tires in stock and one said they had one in stock and I get there and they said" oh I'm sorry that I was wrong, the e computer said it was but it was at a different location" which as you can imagine I was none too pleased. Then I called Tires Plus as a last ditch effort and Fernando answered the phone. Looked up my tire, said they had one in stock and then without prompting or knowing my previous experience 10 minutes earlier with the other place not having it when they said they did he says "let me go put hands on it and make sure we actually have it" which he didn't know at the time but that meant everything. I went in and they had me in and out in less than an hour so I cannot say enough about this place and especially Fernando. He was courteous, understanding and efficient so thank you Tires Plus you saved me today.

They saved us on SUNDAY. Hit a pothole and blew out two tires. Great guys and got us on our way quickly. Marty and Mark were the best. Thankful for all they did on a crazy, rainy day.
