I've taken all of my vehicles here for the last 10 years. Tig fixed my Subaru the first time I took it to him when the Subaru dealer couldn't. He is very knowledgeable and has always been honest about repairs, so I trust him if he says something needs to be fixed. I feel confident when I drop my vehicles off that they are in good hands. I would recommend this shop to any of my family and friends.

So many good things can be said about this shop and everyone there. My Grandfather, my father and I have taken our vehicles here for years. Tig has always been professional, and make you feel like family every time you step through those doors. He not only makes sure your vehicle is safe, but he doesn't try to up sale you on anything. He tells you what he recommends down the line and is completely up front on what needs to be done. Any time I have any questions about a vehicle he is always willing to help out and answer anything. If you are looking for a top notch mechanic look no further then Tig and his guys. Honest, hard working, and great prices.

I strongly advise anyone considering this garage for a vehicle inspection to look elsewhere. The owner was personally involved in my state inspection. A situation that, in my view, presents an inherent conflict of interest, as he directly profits from any repair work his shop performs. My vehicle had passed inspection the prior year at another licensed facility, where it was described as being in excellent condition. Yet during this inspection, the owner identified several new issues, all of which he offered to repair at a premium cost. When I expressed hesitation, I was presented with the choice of forfeiting both the inspection fee and my time, or approving repairs I did not believe were flagged in good faith. Based on my experience, I believe this inspection was conducted in bad faith, which undermines confidence in the inspection process as a whole. This situation raises significant ethical and consumer protection concerns. In my opinion, this conduct reflects poor adherence to fair dealing. To avoid similar frustration and expense, I recommend choosing a shop with greater separation between inspection and repair. Choose a garage where transparency, not financial incentive, drives the outcome.

I've been a customer of Branca's for the past 20 years. Tig and Tim make you feel like family and not just a number like other shops. They are very knowledgeable, always upfront and honest. Tig has spent countless hours throughout the years answering any and all questions I have. As well as recommended services with a suggested time frame to get it done and his price, products to use and even vehicles to purchase. You can't go wrong with Tig and Tim, would recommend them to anyone!

First off, let me start by saying I have never written a bad review on anyone no matter how bad the service was. I only write reviews when it’s good but the way that I was treated at Brancas I couldn’t let it go without saying something.This place is a rip off. I took my car to get inspected and it failed. They gave me a list of things that needed to be fixed on it. I took it to the person that fixes my car. He repaired everything on the list. I took it back. They failed it again. I took it back a third time. They finally passed it. When I went to pay the bill, he gave me some ridiculous amount. I asked him for what and he said he he’s charging me for every inspection. I have talked to several places and they all had at least a minimum of 30 days where you could bring your vehicle back and they would not recharge. Not this place you, They charged me for three full inspections as well as an emissions. My vehicle is exempt from emissions. It didn’t even drive 1000 miles since the last inspection and it’s over 20 years old.Then one week after I got the car from them gas started pouring out of my tank. The underneath part of the tank had to be replaced. They never said anything about this when they inspected it yet they failed it for every tiny thing he could’ve thought of. Then when I went to give him my credit card over the phone, he said he only took cash and to leave it in an envelope, Knowing How deceitful he is, I refused to leave it in an envelope so I left work early so I could go down and pay him in person and then asked him for a receipt. He asked why I wanted a receipt and I said cause I’m handing you over $400 in cash. He would not give me A receipt. I am a recent widow, who is also battling cancer. I certainly did not expect a free ride, but I wasn’t expecting to be ripped off from someone that has been in business for this long. based on other reviews that I’m reading, I am not the only one that has been ripped off . Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This guy needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau
