AAA Tire & Auto Service - King of Prussia

I’ve been bringing my car to AAA for a few years now, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the team there. Every time I come in, they take excellent care of my vehicle and make the entire experience easy and stress-free. The gentlemen/ ladies who work there are always friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They take the time to explain things clearly and make sure my car is running safely and smoothly before I leave. It’s rare to find a place that combines such great customer service with consistently high-quality work. I really appreciate the care and integrity this team brings to their work. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and that makes all the difference. I highly recommend the AAA Car Care Center in King of Prussia to anyone looking for trustworthy, top-quality service.

I recently stopped into the AAA office in King of Prussia to renew my membership, and I have to say the whole experience was simple, quick, and actually pretty enjoyable. Normally I dread errands like this, but walking into the office felt very relaxed. The staff greeted me right away with a friendly smile and asked how they could help. Within a few minutes, one of the representatives had me set up and was walking me through my renewal options in a clear and straightforward way. What I appreciated most was how patient they were. They didn’t rush through anything or push unnecessary add-ons, just explained the different levels and made sure I picked the right plan for my needs. It made me feel like they actually cared about helping people instead of just getting through a task. The whole thing only took about ten minutes, and that included answering a couple of extra questions I had about travel services and discounts available through AAA. The office itself was bright, clean, and organized with brochures and travel information if you want to explore destinations. It’s nice that AAA offers way more than just roadside assistance, and the staff here made that clear. Overall I walked out really happy with my visit and glad that I made the trip in person. Definitely a five-star experience.

Highly recommend this AAA office if you need title or tag services. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Lee Ann and Carol at AAA were incredibly helpful with our out-of-state title and tag transfer. It wasn't a straightforward process, but they took the time to figure everything out and made sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated their patience and willingness to help.

My experience at AAA King of Prussia Car Care Insurance Travel Center was extremely frustrating and left me questioning the honesty of the service. I brought my car in for a state inspection, and it failed due to a left taillight. AAA also recommended over $750 in additional services, which I declined. Before leaving, I asked what it would cost to return after fixing the taillight. Phil, a service advisor, clearly told me if I came back within a week, it would only be $12 for the sticker, and no full inspection would be required. I fixed the taillight at the Audi dealer and returned within the week as instructed. When I arrived, the same service advisor (Phil) suddenly told me I had to pay $46 because the inspection had to be done again. When I reminded him of our earlier conversation, his response was simply: “That’s what the boss wants.” After I asked to speak with a supervisor, Phil returned and claimed the inspection had to be redone because I had not repaired the taillight at AAA. That explanation made no sense, since the only issue that caused the failure was the taillight, which I had already repaired. After I pushed back and reminded him what he had told me previously, he reluctantly adjusted the invoice to $12, which should have been the price from the beginning. To make matters worse, the visit that was supposed to take 30 minutes turned into an hour and 15 minutes before they even took my car in. There was no explanation and no apology for the delay or the earlier confusion about the charges. As a customer, I expect clear communication and consistency—especially from a well-known organization like AAA. Unfortunately, this experience left me questioning the transparency and reliability of the service at this location. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location for future service and cannot recommend it to others. I hope management reviews how customers are being treated at this location.

Because I wasn't told while making the appointment, Im letting everyone know at this time that this place will charge $186 just to look at your car. If you decide to have your vehicle repaired there, you do not in any way have the $186 applied. In today's economy imagine that. My brother has been in the car industry for over 30 years. Says he's never heard of such a thing. If this is how a member is treated, what happens when you're not? I'm canceling my membership as well. Thanks but no thanks
