Tesla Collision King of Prussia

I got my moon roof replaced due to a crack. When I picked up my car, there were gaps in the interior trim that were not there before and many dark stains on the cream interior. I had to bring these issues to the workers there. They required me to leave my car there for another week for them to address the issues. When I picked up my car for the second time, the trim issue was mostly fixed but the stains were still there. Do not go here

Dropped off my model 3 performance last week after getting rear ended and from start to finish it was an awesome experience. I was met by friendly and knowledgeable Gavin and Mateo to look over my car and they let me know it would probably be a couple weeks to complete the job. The front desk let me know they had rentals available if I wanted for as low as $45/day for a model 3. Unfortunately my insurance would only allow me to go through Enterprise, otherwise I would have gone through Tesla. Every day I received a message from Mateo with a status update. I was having some trouble with my insurance to cover the repair of my PPF also and Mateo told me not to worry and he would add it as a supplement estimate because they don’t do PPF. He was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure he answered all my questions and helped me with my insurance. My car repair was completed in a week (a week early!) and it looked perfect. They even detailed the inside. Highly recommend this shop due to the responsive, attention to detail, friendly and efficient staff!
