Rossi Brothers are great. They are helpful and they have just what you need at a good price. Look this is the East Coast and auto salvage itself is a gritty business. If you go in with reasonable expectations and good humor you will come out what you need and you’ll save a few dollars….

My shop has done business with Rossi’s Junk Yard for a long time, which makes this especially disappointing. I’ll acknowledge my part—I misplaced my receipt. However, I purchased a 5.4 Ford F-150 engine from them at the end of February with a 90-day warranty. When the engine was delivered, there was already confusion because I had left a deposit and the driver initially tried to charge me in full again—so this was not a forgettable transaction. My first phone call was fine. On the second call, I was hung up on. When I called back again, I spoke with Rocco, who told me I hadn’t purchased an engine from them “in years,” which is completely inaccurate—we’ve bought two recently. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—just for someone to make an effort to check delivery logs, inventory, or any kind of record. Instead, there was zero willingness to help at all. It’s frustrating to be treated this way as a repeat customer. Based on this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. For a business that relies on repeat customers, this level of service is unacceptable.

Wow wow. I dont know why this place has such low reviews, as I can say from beginning to end from my experience, Rossi Auto Salvage was amazing. I come from several hours away and called to ask if they had a couple of parts I desperately needed for my car. I spoke with Rossi and he quickly came up with the car I needed and said they just recieved the exact car I needed, funnily enough. I begged him and said how I desperately need those parts as my car is definitely a bit rarer and its been a nightmare trying to find those parts for my car without breaking the bank. Rossi was so professional and so awesome, he told me he can definitely hold it for me as those parts arent even in high demand. I thanked him profusely and he took down my name and I told him Im heading there tomorrow from a couple states away. The next day my folks and I got there and we had an amazing experience. We spoke to a guy and he said 'oh you guys need those parts for that type of car right?' And we said yes and he said he's on it, and give him and his crew 30 minutes or so so they can pull the two parts we needed. We sat and made conversation for a while and he was super cordial. A little over half hour he said his guy pulled the parts and we can go out to look at them. Lo and behold we saw the exact parts we needed in the exact right color and we asked how much it would be. He quoted us a much lower price than we expected as the prices online were double the price he told us. The parts were in great condition and we took them home. I have nothing but great things to say about Rossi Auto Salvage. Thank you so much for all your help and sincerely thank you for helping me out and holding those parts in my time of need. Amazing service and amazing people, and a speedy accurate process. If you need parts, call them up and ask for what you need and if they have it, dont hesitate to visit Rossi's. The folks are amazing here

Extremely rude no customer service experience at all. I called just to ask if they had a certain vehicle on the lot because I’m looking for a few parts for that vehicle as I call other bases and ask the same question the gentleman who picked up the phone or should I say not gentlemen was extremely rude to me told me I was an idiot for asking about a car instead of the part first got loud on the phone and disrespectful as I am googling places I call this place and this is the experience I get I highly don’t recommend this place as I am now being pulled. They are terrible with their customer service and aren’t very helpful.

On June 23 2025, I was picking up a Cadillac from the auction and it turned out the battery was no good. I called around and got this business. I told the guy I spoke with the year make and model of the car I had he even asked me if it was located in the trunk and I told him yes. I also told him the battery was a 65 and he told me to hold on went and what I assumed was checked then he he said yes. I drove 15 minutes to him identified myself as the one that called he said ok and told me to meet him at the garage around back. Now this is where it all went left. He showed me a battery and told me that one was bigger and would be $65 i reminded him he said $50 when I called he said we'll this is bigger. So I then asked him to show me the $50 battery he said he showed me which he didnt and began to tell me take it or leave it. I tried to speak to him businessman to businessman about being a man of his word and he said he dont want to hear it what am I doing buying it or not. This man is the worst of the worst they attitude was wrong and he is down right dishonest he is the bigger fellow in there. I would never recommend dealing with him i dont like dishonesty and a person who doesn't stand by there word. I would skip this place. Uploaded my proof if purchase. I would never write a review and lie he was disgusting
