I had two great experiences at the Lucid Studio in King of Prussia, thanks to Jordayn, Elijah, and Justin! They thoroughly educated me on the different trim models, options, and benefits. After doing additional research I went back for a second test drive with a list of follow-up questions, and they addressed every single one with total patience and expertise. Thanks to the time they took to explain everything, I was able to confidently make a sound decision and successfully place my order last night. They made the entire experience easy. I highly recommend this team!

I visited for a test drive and found a friendly team of knowledgeable people, in particular Justin, who explained the vehicle and sales process. They were super accommodating and let me walk in, solo test drive two vehicle configs back to back, and answered all my silly questions. Best of all, my 3 year old walked out with a Hot Wheels Lucid Air!! I'm jealous he got a Lucid from the team before I did. If or when I get a Lucid, this is the team I look forward to working with. Thanks Justin and team for such a positive experience!

Wanted to share a great experience after buying my 2026 Lucid Air at the King of Prussia delivery/service center. I had a weird one happen....when going to use my windshield wipers on my new car I realized the right side didn't even move an inch. My first thought was geez I gotta drive 127 miles to the jersey shore with only the left side wiper. Car was packed with our cat etc. I called Lucid Customer Care and they went through a couple things . No go. I had called the service center but got no answer around 6;30PM. After finishing with Customer Care I got a call from Alex (mobile service team) 6:52PM from King of Prussia saying he saw I called and but didn't leave a message what's up? Told him what was going on and he asked me if it was ok if when I got to the beach if he could send a mobile tech to fix it the next morning!! The tech showed up at 10AM and called me at 11AM saying he repaired it (re torqueing the wiper blade bolt). I wasn't even there!! What else can you say. Thanks to Alex, Dana and the service team. If you are considering buying a Lucid Air or Gravity and want to save $2000 DM me and I'll send you my code. Enjoy it it if you get one.

This was such a fantastic showroom with the most helpful staff. Everyone there were clearly enthusiastic about Lucid and made the introduction to the vehicles a fun experience. Justin Jones in particular was fantastic as our guide. We went in with some knowledge to the tech and overall features, but Justin was able to give us info that was above and beyond, including some of his personal experiences which are always helpful than just presenting what's good on paper. Instead of overloading us with info, he took our feedback and lifestyle needs to let us know which vehicle style and features would benefit us the most. We were so impressed with our experience overall that it definitely made us feel secure with Lucid as a company to invest in.
