Poor quality customer service. I recently had a trailer tire blow out on US-33 near the Post Road exit. Since Taylor Tire was within a mile or two, I drove there slowly with my hazard lights flashing and parked in their parking lot. I explained my dilemma to the receptionist and she said she'd have to ask. She returned a few seconds later and said she was sorry but they were too busy to help me. I didn't see anyone in the lobby waiting room. I walked outside and saw that all the bays were full, but still wondered if there was a way they could get to me in an hour or so. I walked back in and explained that I had purchased tires for some of my trucks there in the past and had bought parts at their sister business, Taylor Truck Parts, next door and that my trailer was right outside. Was there no way they could fit in a quick tire replacement sometime soon? "No, unfortunately" was the answer. "Unfortunately, I won't be coming here again," was my response. As I was getting back into my truck, I heard one of the techs asking another tech, who was loading tires into a service truck, if he was going to head out. The tech loading the truck said he'd like to but this other truck was in his way. The conversation was 20 yards away from me. He was referring to my truck. I said, "All you had to do is ask me to move." I moved my truck and trailer to the parking lot of the business across the street and called Roger's Tire Service. Roger immediately sent a tech who replaced my tire in about 20 minutes on site, right across from Taylor Tire. I fully understand the concept of being busy. It's a great problem to have. However, when I was in the Taylor Tire lobby, had the manager taken a minute to come out and say they could help but it might be two hours or more before they could get to me or had the receptionist exhibited even slightly better customer service skills or had the techs in the parking lot used common sense and politely asked me to move my truck, I'd still be a little disappointed but I probably wouldn't be writing this review. Call Roger's Tire Service.

Top notch service from Terri and Nick! If they don't have your tire, they'll order if they can! Work on all truck, heavy duty, and passenger car. Great folks to deal with!

Employee was driving very recklessly on the street. Speeding and diving through lanes. Also speeding through the gas station parking lot. License plate # PNJ 8770 03

Had a slow leak in one of my tires. Stopped in a couple days ago and man told me there really busy and can't help me. So today I try calling first and the phone system is broke. I drive over and the same man tells me 2 hour wait. I said I have no choice so I'll wait. Miraculously within 20 minutes he says it done. Then charges me $33 to do a very simple fix. He wouldn't even tell me what was done. The man in my opinion is in the wrong position. I was recommended to this place by my friends company that has been going to Taylor tire for years and have experienced some of the same treatment. I could have gone anywhere else and it would be $10. Costco is free if you bought the tires through them. Guarantee I will next time!! Rude people and lack of genuine service should be there motto

Wow! Wonderful service! Came here for the first time today to get a slow leak fixed on my front tire of my car. They got my car in immediately and I was back on the road with a plug (luckily it was on the tread side and not the sidewall!) within 15 minutes. I will definitely be going back here versus the other tire places I've gone to in the past! Awesome job done by honest, down-to-earth folks who want to be sure you're happy.
