I would give them NO stars if I could. My Jeep was sitting on the lot for over a month. He kept telling me my car was next to get fixed and still had a reason why it wasn’t done every time I called. Brought him the car with a diagnostic already done from the jeep dealership AND the part that needed fixed. I’m not sure he even put the new part on. The exact problem that was diagnosed was the part I brought to him. Why it’s not fixed idk. According to him it was “misdiagnosed”. After over a month he finally said it was done. Charged me more than the amount he initially quoted me for then almost $600 later THE VERY NEXT DAY my car is back driving the way it was driving before I brought it to them. Fred is full of BS and I DO NOT recommend this business. He stated he fixed what we brought it in for and not what the “problem is”. He simply didn’t know what he was doing because if it WAS another problem… as a professional why didn’t you advise me of another issue and fix that issue? He lied to us the entire time and I’m now out of $600 AND a broke down car.

Ward’s Auto Repair has been great to work with. They were thorough and clear about what needed to be fixed and why. Even after the repairs were finished, they were more than willing to take another look when my car acted up, which really meant a lot. I may not fully trust my car anymore, but I absolutely trust Ward’s. I’ll even be bringing my future car purchase to them to be checked over so I don’t end up in this situation again. I’m really grateful to have a mechanic I can rely on and recommend without hesitation.

View on GoogleI own a trucking company, one of my trucks was in the area and the coolant light was coming on. I called and talked with Fred, he said we could bring our truck by and they would look at it same day. Well our off load took longer than expected and my driver did not arrive until after 5pm. Fred and his crew still looked at it replaced the coolant cap and just charged basically for the part. Thank you Fred for great service and helping us out. I am putting you on our list of repair shops if we are ever in the area. We need more repair shops like you that help out and don't gouge us when we are in a bind.
