Maggie was excellent to work with! She did not pressure us. She gave us a complete Carfax report and was very accommodating as we were waiting for insurance issues. I came back to do an Edit for my review (again). While Maggie was really nice to work with the car had several issues that should’ve been checked out prior to ever being sold. The oil had not been changed prior to selling or during “inspection”. When I took it to the garage last week, they said there was absolutely no oil in it. We’ve only had the car for less than a month. We just found out The battery was bad. We had to go get that replaced last week. And during our oil change we found out that the drive belt is cracked and the stabilizers in the rear and driver side were both bad and broken off on the driver side. Now my son’s car keeps not starting and our mechanic said we need a new starter. 🤦♀️ Still have not owned the car for even a month and once again it is on the tow truck. My mechanic believes there’s an engine issues now going on with this car. The hits just keep on coming! Will not be back here for my next son’s car. I would definitely recommend taking a car you’re looking at to the mechanic prior to purchasing.
