I’ll try and keep this short and as nice as possible. I hit a coyote in my 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe, my vehicle was towed to this collision center on March 23rd. Our insurance paid for a rental car for about a month, thankfully, and once that was up my vehicle still wasn’t finished. That was fine with us, we understood. What we couldn’t understand, was the ZERO communication, and when we finally demanded communication we kept getting promises of “your car will be ready this Wednesday”, it wasn’t. “It will be ready Friday”, it wasn’t. “It will be ready next week”, still wasn’t. And we had to call repeatedly, the staff said they would call us back with updates and we didn’t receive call backs. My husband finally got in contact with the GM and we still made minimal progress. I paid out of pocket for a rental car after our insurance allowance was up because life doesn’t stop when you are a full time mom and full time employee. Finally, on May 15th, they said we can come get my vehicle. I drove it home with the A/C not working, the vehicle was running very loud, the engine smelt like it was burning, and sure enough we looked underneath and a large piece was hanging from my vehicle and dragging the whole drive home. This collision center let me leave with a vehicle that was not 100% functioning (was it even safe?), knowing we had two small children. It got towed back the following Monday May 18th, and then Ricart had to get involved to fix my vehicle, after all this time. After 8+ weeks, I finally picked up my vehicle on May 20th and we can be finished with this and never go back to Collision Masters.
