Ben was easy to communicate with, was honest and straight forward with the services and price. Our van feels much safer to drive after being serviced. It was even completed early! Recommend Best Way for automotive needs.
View on GoogleI was having issues with my vehicle overheating, and i had a taillight out. Ben got me in very quickly. He explained to me thoroughly what was wrong with my vehicle and how he’d go about fixing it. He fixed my overheating issue and my taillight for an extremely reasonable price. He’s always honest and does a fantastic job. Not to mention is very fair with pricing! I could not recommend this place enough to anyone who needs work done on there vehicle. Thanks again Ben!

View on GoogleI have had good experiences here with oil changes, water pump changes, tire changes and more. Their prices do seem reasonable to me and they can usually get you in pretty quickly. I would take it here before one of the corporate chain shops, that’s for sure.
View on GoogleI stopped in to get one tire valve replaced as my car was showing one was not registering the other three were when I arrived the mechanic insisted that I had two tire valves that need to be replaced however since my car was only reading one and I was short on funds I only paid for the one I don't believe the mechanic even replaced the one as in he never took off my tire which is what I was told was required to replace that part when he said he was done and took payment I went to my car only to find my car was still not reading the same Tire valve that I had just paid to be replaced the mechanic came up with a lame excuse that because I did not pay for two tire valves he could not recalibrate it I left and went to Tire Discounters where they calibrated all four of my tire stems free of charge and told me none of my stems were needing replaced they only needed recalibrated so the mechanic at Bestway which really should be renamed the worst way took advantage of a single female and tried to overcharge me as well as charged me for a tire stem that he never replaced while trying to get me to pay for two Tire stems that did not need replaced the mechanic also failed to calibrate the one he supposedly replaced which again is why I know he didn't actually do that this place is a complete and total scam I do not recommend it to anyone the Better Business Bureau will be notified
