Bad service! Took my vehicle for a diagnostic since I found a leak. At first I thought it was coolant leak but wasn’t sure (Im not a mechanic). They told me that if it was a damage, it would not be covered by warranty and I would have to pay for the diagnostic and the parts. When I left my vehicle, I explicitly told the gentlemen taking my information that there seemed to be coolant or oil leak close to the 4th spark plug, but again, I did not know which it was. There was a visible leak in the engine bay! At the end of the day a service lady called and told me that they didn’t find any leaks, the only problem they found was that the coolant reservoir had a damaged cap and needed replace $500+ for the repair, and it couldn’t go under warranty because it was damaged. I asked the service lady, “did they verify the leak close to the spark plug?” To which she responded, nothing was found. I told her I didn’t want to pay for something that wouldn’t fix my issue. She said it needed to be replace either way with attitude and that she would however confirm with the mechanic. I asked for any options to have a vehicle provided while they repaired mine since they didn’t had the part available, to which they said that the only option I had was for me to pay a rental car. Seriously? Pay $500+ for repairs plus daily rental? She then told me that the mechanic confirmed no visible leak. After going back and forth with her on the phone, I told her to proceed with the repair since I needed my vehicle back. When I picked up my vehicle I noticed that they had cleaned all the leak that I had mentioned. Two weeks later, leak is back! Same exact place as I had told Ricart! I should have known it was a bad idea to bring my car here since the previous owner had issues as well, but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. This time I didn’t want to take my chances again. I took my vehicle to Great Lakes Hyundai of Dublin, best service ever, they saw the leak immediately. They said that it had an engine seal that needed replace and a high pressure oil valve, but to not worry because it was covered under warranty. I was also offered a vehicle to move around, and better yet, that my vehicle would be ready next day!

I bought a used car and was told I would get a second key for free. It’s been a nightmare. They scheduled me a time where the key guy wasn’t here. I took a half day off work which isn’t easy as a teacher then he wasn’t here. They rescheduled me. Night before they canceled. They rescheduled me AGAIN. I was told it takes 15 minutes. I get here and I have to wait two hours. They said they’re really busy today. I said what’s the point of an appointment then? This place has terrible customer service!

Wouldn't recommend, took an entire week to fix a thermostat and kept being lied to about the time of completion. They left my battery terminal cover on my hood and didn't notice till a week later and also left my fuse box door on my floor board after servicing. Definitely wouldn't recommend and will be using Germain for now on.

Dishonest and unhelpful. They're fine for oil changes and other standard service but do not take your car here for any kind of actual diagnostics or repair. I was explicitly lied to and had to pay a $150 diagnostic fee for them to do nothing but shrug their shoulders. Wish I'd just taken my car to an independent mechanic to begin with and saved myself the headache, but I was looking for a convenient way to get my car fixed and was willing to pay the higher prices at the dealership. I didn't expect this!

I went to the car wash and was impressed that there was a que of two cars ahead of me. I didn't know how busy it would be knowing that Moo Moo carwash is nearby. As far as how well it wash my vehicle, I'd say it was a nice wash considering it is free for most that get a vehicle through Ricart. I'll add photos of me vehicle after the wash. You can see some stuff missed.
