Service was great! Greeted upon arrival. Reviewed service receiving. Kept me posted and advised of additional items needing attention. Advised when car was ready to pick up. Ran through car wash. And appreciated our return for service. FYI, I love that they provide a video of the work being done/ run through diagnostics. In the past going to other dealers and /or service centers always concerned what work was really being done to my vehicle. Will definitely return!

Donita was very helpful when I explained my issues and able to provide the troubleshooting information to the technicians to correctly diagnose my vehicle. She is an outstanding service advisor and I would be happy to work with Ricart Ford again because of her effort. I had two major repairs and the inspection video was informative and aligned with the troubleshooting I had already done. There were some issues with the computer not being properly reset but they made the issue right when I bought it to their attention. I am satisfied with the work that was done to my 2015 Lincoln Navigator They do charge a premium for their work but they seem to care about making things right so I will definitely return and recommend to others for their vehicle needs.

The setvice was good they even got me an uber home while they worked on the car.They hadnt done an alarm nefore so the guy wasnt familiar with it. But that was okay. Everyone was pleasant. I give them a 4 only because I ordered the stuff online. One part came in and they were waiting on the other part. The lady in service told me not to call back because they would call me when the part came in. I've seen that trick before. So a week later I called and yes it was in and Noone had called me. But I didn't expect that when she said it. If not for that id give them a 5
