We first encountered Ricart Ford at the 2019 Quarter Horse Congress. We arrived the first week of the show with our beautiful F350 King Ranch and new North Point fifth wheel camper. 660 miles from Vermont to Columbus and it was evident that the Northpoint was a little more than our SRW could handle safely with regard to stability. Well, my husband discovered truck heaven at the Congress and a week later we left with Big Bertha hooked to our first dually, purchased from Ricart. What a difference the ride back to Vermont was. Since then we’ve purchased two more trucks, and this year a Bronco, from Ricart Ford. I guess you could say we’re pretty darn happy with them!

I was welcomed by salesman Jacob as soon as I walked in the door at Ricart Nissan. From beginning to end it was a seamless process. Jacob did an outstanding job listening and understanding what I wanted to accomplish with my purchase. I felt like I was talking to someone I have known for years… he made it an easy and fun experience!! I absolutely LOVE my new 2026 Nissan Rogue, RockCreek model. We received fast, friendly, professional sales without high pressure! Joe Mctighe was our salesman and he worked to get us the discount we wanted. We made it harder for him since all 5 of our kids wore Alabama Crimson Tide shirts to a dealership in the heart of Ohio State Buckeye country! Even then, we were treated fairly! All the paperwork, finance and delivery were smooth! We would recommend Richard GMC and Joe to anyone looking for a vehicle!

The initial car buying experience was fantastic. My sales person Christian and my financial officer were amazing. After you sign that paperwork however all helpfulness goes out the window. First issue I had was the alignment of the car was off. The car went straight but the steering wheel was off to the left. Asked them to fix it. Well they said since I had changed the rims they couldn’t do it. Which has absolutely nothing to do with car wheel alignment. I paid my local shop and chalked it up. Well then I hadn’t received my title to get tags. And my 45 day tag was expired. I called several times left several messages and still have yet to receive a call back whether it’s from a person in the title dept. Or the General mgr that I left a message for also. Then I finally received the title and it was filed the day I called on the 22nd of April. If you do buy something here. Make sure they handle all issues upfront before signing any paperwork. I will set my hair on fire before returning here to buy any other vehicles. Trash after the fact
