If 0 stars were a choice, id pick it!! This Walmart Auto Center is AWFUL!! They had me go buy my own filter since they booked my appt without having my filter in stock. Then made me pay full price (which includes a filter) Kid checking out had no idea what to do. Provided me with the wrong number, wrong extension, and wrong information. Had to call 6 times to get through to anyone, placed on hold for two of these and no one came back to the phone. These people also apparently cant read? They documented I have 100,000 more miles than I actually do. Can't read the window sticker, one big smudge over the words. The manager is never there, at this point unsure if there even is a manager. Would honestly pay the extra $20 to go elsewhere, because this place is absolutely disgusting and its clear that theres not a single person who knows what they're doing, considering every single part of this oil change went wrong

I'm never really happy when I go here and I love the Saratoga Walmart above all other Walmarts. But, the auto center just doesn't measure up. First of all, there's only one register open, so if you want to buy one item from the auto parts center you have to wait behind all the oil changes, tires, etc etc. That's not even the worst thing because I'm pretty patient. I had been going there for a long time to get my oil changed and discovered they weren't putting the right kind of oil in. It was written right on the hood of my car what type of oil went in. I even left an empty oil container on the seat of my car so they would know what kind of oil went in, wrong kind still went in. When I'm standing there looking for a bulb, filter, etc, and they see you looking for an extended period of time, they don't ask if you need help, which really ticks me off. You have to ask them. I feel like any place else I've ever taken my car has been better. And, the one guy that works behind the counter is so slow. I won't be going there again for anything.

Bought new tires online. Made appt. All went well until I got home and noticed they broke my center cap and just stuck it in my cup holder. Second trip up they gave me a replacement. Then received email saying they were refunding me for valve stems which I paid for but not needed. Said refund would take 10 business days. It’s been a month. I called and was told I had to come back in for refund. Third trip got to auto center. They can’t help me. Go to customer service. Customer service said they can’t help me and to call their 800 number. I’ll call when I get home but this is a lot of wasted time and money going back and forth. Not very happy with Walmart. What happened to customer service??

They got me in and out in 20minutes after I had a non patchable flat. Counter man, Tim, and the tire Tech were good at what they do. Thanks a bunch

Don’t waste your time with these guys. It was a total waste of my time for a simple slow leak tire fix. They don’t known the difference between a run flat tire and a reinforced tire. I had a slow leak on driver’s rear side on the tread. They said they couldn’t fix because it was a run flat tire. They sent me away. I did some research and confirmed it wasn’t a run flat. I brought the car back in and explained it wasn’t a run flat. Instead of confirming based on name and make of tire, they ran a new ticket to confirm by taking air out and seeing if tire goes flat. It did so they confirmed it’s not a run flat but they still wouldn’t fix it. I’m only guessing the lead mechanic and manager didn’t want to do the fix because they were proved wrong and didn’t like that. There was no other reason not to fix it. Totally incompetent and terrible customer service. Stay away.
